Alex
HI! My name is Alex Arnold. I've been training off and on for almost 15 years. I'm currently at SLCC to further my education and I'm pursuing my degree in exercise science to work towards a CSCS after my Bachelor's. I hope to one day achieve a graduate degree in athletic training.
I played sports my whole life and first started training while enlisted in the US Army from 2008-2012. I was certified at the time through NASM and became my platoon PT NCO. I also began playing semi-pro Football for a team in New York. After the military, I signed a contract with a new football team based out of central Washington where I spent time working at a box gym and then moved into group fitness and weight loss style, studio gyms, where I began to specialize in weight loss and injuries. In 2016 I worked a summer job in Alaska at a salmon processing plant. One thing led to another, and I ended up fishing during the peak salmon and crab seasons, and then returning to train and play football during the spring and fall.
I moved to Utah in the spring of 2022 to ask my wife to marry me. She said, "yes", and I officially retired from commercial fishing in the summer of 2022. I am now playing football for a team out of Draper.
I have a deep desire to help people and a real passion for improving your life through fitness. Everyone deserves to be healthy and happy, and I always love to be a part of that journey. I love watching people succeed!"

Krissy
Hi all! I graduated from BYU with a bachelors in Exercise and Wellness. I am a NASM certified trainer with additional certifications in youth exercise and athlete performance enhancement. I love all things sports. I played lacrosse and soccer all growing up and went on to play lacrosse at the Y. Playing sports growing up started my love for exercise. I love being a coach because I get to watch first hand the way that exercise can positively effect not only their physical health but their mental and emotional health as well.
In my free time you’ll find me spending my time outdoors with my family or at home watching football. We love to camp, fish, rock climb and canyoneer. I am very excited to be apart of the amazing StayFITT community and can’t wait to meet all of you!

Danielle
Hi, I am a wife and mother of 4 kids (2 boys, 2 girls). As a family we love to hunt, fish, hike and camp. I graduated from the University of Utah with A BS in Health Promotion and Education, with a goal of raising a healthy family. My love for fitness began early as I trained in Kenpo karate for 4 years. When I was 14 I convinced my dad to let me tag along to the gym where I found a love for running and weight training. After having kids I found a second home and family in group fitness classes. An instructor inspired me to begin teaching and I have loved helping others with their fitness goals. My hobbies include playing soccer, softball, triathlons, trail running and baking. I am excited to be a part of the Stay FITT team and meet new friends.
ANNA
Hello my name is Anna Marie or Ree Ree for short. I just moved to Utah a few months ago and love it. Prior to moving to Utah, we sold everything and lived on the road full time RVing with my family creating memories and traveling throughout this great country. As you can see, I’m all about pushing my comfort zone. I have 3 beautiful daughters and wonderful husband. I grew up an athlete playing volleyball, basketball, and softball. I also threw discuss and shot put. I’ve always had a love for sports and still do. If I am not working out, I am playing pickleball with my husband and friends.
I started my health and fitness journey back in 2017 which catapulted my teaching/training career. I knew if I could do it, so can many others. I wanted to give back the way that the trainers and coaches who have helped me on my journey did. I have a passion for helping others find and become the best version of themselves, not just physically, but more importantly internally as well. So many times we believe the physical appearance is all that matters but there’s a more transformational journey within that happens which in turn transforms the physical body as well. Looking forward to connecting with you all and excited about this chapter in my life at Stay FITT.
