At StayFITT Training, our group training sessions are designed to incorporate progressive overload with each session you come to. Each workout varies daily and will include using equipment like kettlebells, barbells, hand weights, punching bags, medicine balls, bikes, rowers and more. 

Our knowledgeable trainers are always next to you to help guide and motivate you throughout your group training session.
